Machine Specification :
AD8265B positive and negative pressure high speed thermoforming machine is a new model developed by our company based on good thermoforming equipment technology, which is suitable for the production of PP, PET, HIPS, PVC,PLA, corn starch and other plastic products, widely used in fast food boxes, fruit boxes, bowl lids, baking bread boxes, hardware electronic industrial packaging products, food bowls, frozen products packaging boxes, medical packaging, chain catering packaging boxes and other disposable plastic products, specific better general characteristics of domestic and foreign mainstream machine mold.
The whole machine station adopts motion control with electronic CAM and servo driven film feeding, servo forming, servo assisted drawing, servo blanking, servo stacking counting, mechanical,pneumatic and electrical combination, the whole machine structure is compact, 15 inch touch screen (industrial PC computer operating system), the control screen can be turned and operated. The control cabinet is designed for a maximum ambient temperature of 50 ºC, and the machine is equipped with a light for easy inspection of the product. Large storage space, can store 9999 sets of data settings.
Overview of Machine Components :
Sheet Feeding System (Loading Rack):
Loading frame using gear motor drive, feeding by infrared sensor switch height can be controlled to ensure that the sagging degree of the sheet does not contact the secondary pollutants, to ensure product quality; the maximum sheet coil diameter of 1000mm, the maximum width of 760mm, and with pneumatic loading device, easy to operate.
Plastic Sheet Heating Furnace:
a.New furnace design, using aluminum furnace frame, light weight, fast heat dissipation, easy to install and maintain;
b.Electric furnace structure : four times heating according to the max forming area, single upper and lower areas point-to-point temperature control, square heating tile arrangement;
c.Using German and China famous brand heating reasonable collocation;
d.The heating area is equipped with a heat insulation plate at the feeding point;
e.Integral electric furnace can be adjusted back and forth to the edge of the mold according to the direction of the mold size piece of material to reduce energy waste.
Forming Station Configuration:
a.The forming drive device adopts Taiwan Delta servo drive;
b.Quick mold installation mechanism, configured with directional positioning slots make the complex operation of replacement and debugging become simple, the steel knife heating mold clamping device combine pneumatic and mechanism so that it is suitable for different types of molds ;
c.Auxiliary stretching mechanism also adopts Taiwan Delta servo motor drive ;
d.The height adjustment of the closing position of the upper molding table can be operated directly from the screen, and the motor is equipped with a thermal protection device to prevent misuse and overload protection.
Punching Station (Optional)
a.Punching drive device also adopts Taiwan Delta servo drive, equipped with domestic brand-name customized reducer, stable transmission, strong overload capacity, accurate positioning.
b.The height adjustment device of the punching die table can be operated directly from the screen, and a thermal protection device for the motor is provided to prevent overload protection due to misoperation.
Cutting Station Configuration :
a.Punching drive device also adopts Taiwan Delta servo drive ;
b.The adjustment device of cutting and punching mold table can be operated by touch the screen. Equipped with a thermal protection device for preventing misoperation.
c.The steel knife mold is equipped with a heating device which can heat up the laser blade so that the slicing and cutting parts are labor-saving and not easy to produce burrs. Another effect is protecting the blade.
Automatic Stacking and Counting Conveyor All-in-one Station Device :
a.The stacking and counting parts adopt brand new Taiwan Delta servo motor drive. Aluminum alloy transmission frame conform to ergonomic operation;
b.Conveying system adopt frequency speed reducer which can adjust the speed during conveying process and make sure the stacking height in the conveying process is smooth.
Waste Edge Rewinding Frame :
Independent waste edge rewinding frame, adopting speed-regulated pneumatic motor reducer to rewind the waste materials, using simple rewinding shaft, easy to operate and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
Precision Guide Rail Chain Feeding Device:
a.Adopt brand new designed water-cooling sheet conveying rail, one-piece die-cast aluminum guide rail, anodized, hardness up to HV700 after treatment, small friction coefficient of the chain, high precision sheet conveying and durability;
b.The drive motor for feeding and conveying adopts Taiwan Delta servo motor, equipped with customized reducer of China famous brand.
