This is sheet unwinder.
1.It is driven by reduction motor, sheet feeding is controlled by infrared sensor to make sure the sheet will not fall off before it transport to the chain track to cause secondary contamination;
2.The maximum sheet diameter is 1000mm, the maximum width of sheet is 760mm;
3.It is equipped with pneumatic feeding device, easy to operate, allow for single operator loading sheet rolls up to 1000kg.

 

This is the ceramic heating oven, we adopt 4-section heating, blow is the advantage:

This is mold table which is made of nodular cast iron material. It's developed by ourselves and has been processed by plane finish machining. The mold table features high precision and is suitable for the requirements of precision production. Our mold table is compatible with moulds of KIEFEL.

This is forming station.
1.It adopts Delta servo drive, equipped with China customized reducer, high efficiency, good start-up performance, can be directly adjusted through servo motor rotation position angle to control forming parameters;
2.Quick mold installation mechanism, configured with directional positioning slots make the complex operation of replacement and debugging become simple, the steel knife heating mold clamping device combine pneumatic and mechanism so that it is suitable for different types of molds;
3.Auxiliary stretching mechanism adopts Delta servo motor drive. It plays imoportant role in the quality of thick sheets and deeper cavity products.
4.The height adjustment of closing position of the upper mold table can be operated directly by the screen, and the motor is equipped with a thermal protection device to prevent misuse and overload protection.

This is cutting station.
1.Cutting drive adopts Delta high-power servo drive which equipped with domestic brand customized speed reducer.
The transmission is stable, overload capacity is strong and position is accurate.
2.The adjustment device of cutting mold table can be operated by PLC touch screen. Equipped with a thermal protection device for preventing misoperation.
3.The steel knife mold is equipped with a heating device which can heat up the laser blade so that the slcing and cutting parts are labor-saving and not easy to generate burrs. Another effect is protecting the blade.

This is stacking and counting staion
1.The stacking and counting station adopts Delta servo motor drive. Aluminum alloy transmission rack conform to ergonomic.
2.Conveying method adopts frequency speed reducer which can adjust the speed during conveying process and make sure the stacking height in the coveying process is smooth.

This is scrap winder. Independent scrap winder adopts regulating pneumatic motor reducer to winder scrap,  using simple rewinding shaft for easy operation and reduce labor intensity of workers.

This is precise guide rail chain feeding device. 
1.It adopts newly designed water-cooling sheet conveying rail, one-piece die-cast aluminum guide rail, anodized, hardness up to HV700 after treatment, small friction coefficient of the chain, high precision sheet conveying and durability;
2.The drive motor for sheet feeding and conveying adopts Taiwan Delta servo motor, equipped with famous customized speed reducer of China brand.
